Working principle
The removal of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen by the series of sewage treatment equipment mainly relies on the biological treatment process in the equipment. At this time, the microorganisms are facultative microorganisms. They decompose the organic nitrogen in the sewage into organic carbon and use organic carbon as an electron donor. An aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with low organic load is set up in the first stage. There are mainly aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) in the first stage tank. Among them, aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use the inorganic carbon produced by the decomposition of organic matter or nitrogen in the air as a nutrient source to convert the sewage into sewage. The effluent part of the stage pool returns to the stage pool to form a stage pool. Provide electron acceptor. Nitrogen pollution is ultimately eliminated through denitrification.
Main features

Compared with other fillers, the removal rate of organic pollutants is higher. Big improvement.
★Due to the biological contact oxidation tank used in the biological treatment process, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, so the amount of mud produced is less. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge process. Therefore, the amount of sludge produced after sewage is treated by D series equipment is relatively small and generally only needs to be discharged once every day or so.
★The series of sewage treatment equipment adopts conventional blower silencer measures (such as vibration isolation pads, silencers, etc.) and also installs new suction materials on the inner wall of the blower room, so that the noise during operation of the equipment is lower than decibels, reducing the impact on the surroundings. environmental impact.
